Somerset, NJ - August 2, 2011 - (RealEstateRama) -- Andrew Zezas, SIOR, President and CEO of Real Estate Strategies Corporation, announced today that the New Jersey based corporate real estate advisory and transaction services firm completed another important real estate engagement on behalf of Agfa Corporation. In this case, Real Estate Strategies Corporation advised and represented Agfa Corporation in the negotiation of that company’s new U.S. headquarters. After completion of construction, Agfa is expected to relocate to approximately 36,000 square feet of first-class office space at River Drive Center 3, 611 River Drive, Elmwood Park, NJ.
