    HARTFORD, CT – April 10, 2014 – (RealEstateRama) — Governor Dannel P. Malloy today announced that $27.9 million in grants have been approved to build four new supportive, affordable multifamily housing developments in Bridgeport, Hamden, Hartford and Manchester.
