Solar Drive, Ste. 100,125,135, & 155 in Oxnard, CA from the Landlord, Equity. The outside brokerage was represented by CBRE and the value of the lease transaction was $1,540,719.36.

CAMARILLO, CA – Steve Doll with the Ventura County office represented the Tenant, Aspiranet, Inc., in the lease of a 17,048 sq. ft. office property located at 5284 Adolfo Road in Camarillo, CA from the Landlord, Camarillo Office Partners l, LLC. The value of the lease transaction was $1,541.357.92.

OXNARD, CA – Bill Kiefer and Steve Doll with the Ventura County office represented the Landlord, Topa Management Company, in the lease of a 3,849 sq. ft. office property located at Topa Financial Plaza at 300 Esplanade Drive, Ste. 2150 in Oxnard, CA to the Tenant, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith, Inc. The outside brokerage was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle and the value of the lease transaction was $454,206.39.

CAMARILLO, CA – Bill Kiefer with the Ventura County office represented the Seller, Dennis & Wendy Vickers, and the Buyer, Jodi Davis & Rob Williams, in the sale and purchase of a 3,185 sq. ft. office property located at 3211 Corte Malpaso, Ste. 407 in Camarillo, CA. The value of the sales transaction was $515,000.00.

VICTORVILLE, CA – Vicki R. The value of the lease transaction was approximately $1.2 Million.

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA – Michael Schiff with the Westlake Village office represented the Landlord, Regency Centers, and the Tenant, Pearl District, in the lease of a 3,000 sq. ft. retail property located at 982 S. Westlake Blvd, Ste. 8 in Westlake Village, CA. The value of the lease transaction was $1,599,211.00.

SIMI VALLEY, CA – Ken Simons with the Westlake Village office represented the Seller, Pick Family Trust, and the Buyer, Khajerian Family Trust, in the sale and purchase of the Auto World Center located on 2170-2190 First Street in Simi Valley, CA. The value of the sales transaction was slightly over $3.9 Million.

LOS ANGELES, CA – Helga Weinbach with the West L.A. office represented the Tenant, Principal Communications, in the lease of a 2,223 sq. ft. office property located at 8075 West 3rd Street, Ste. 520 in Los Angeles, CA from the Landlord, 8075 West 3rd St., LLC. The outside brokerage was represented by Newmark Grubb Knight Frank and the value of the lease transaction was $577, 327.85.

LOS ANGELES, CA – Brian Luft with the West L.A. office represented the Landlord, Heyman Western Ave Properties, LLC, in the lease of a 4,065 sq. ft. retail property located at 201-207 S. Western Avenue in Los Angeles, CA to the Tenant, L.A. Mattress Plus. The outside brokerage was represented by Westside Retail and the value of the lease transaction was $456,126.32.

NORTHRIDGE, CA – Scott Crane and Peter Lund with the West L.A. office represented the Tenant, Jessica A. Lizana, DDS, in the lease of a 1,616 sq. ft. medical property located at the Northridge Promenade Shopping Center located at 19524 Nordhoff Street in Northridge Street in Northridge, CA from the Landlord, LNR Partners, LLC. The value of the lease transaction was $325,727.08

FONTANA, CA – Scott Crane and Peter Lund with the West L.A. office represented the Tenant, Heise Veterinary Services, Inc., in the lease of a 1,500 sq. ft. retail property located at Heritage Crossing at 7470 Cherry Avenue in Fontana, CA from the Landlord, Black Badger, LLC. The outside brokerage was represented by Argent Retail Advisors and the value of the lease transaction was $410,907.42.

SOUTH BAY OFFICE

TORRANCE, CA – Sheri Messerlian, with the South Bay office, represented the Seller, Carpenter Center LLC, in the sale of a 31,000 sq. ft. Carpenter Village, a multi-tenant retail property located 2814 Sepulveda Blvd in Torrance, CA to the Buyer, KL Plaza LLC. The Buyer was represented by K-Town Realty & Management. The value of the sales transaction was $11.5 Million.

ENCINO OFFICE

HUNTINGTON PARK, CA – Jesse Paster and Irwin Hyman with the Encino office represented the Buyer, Mersho GRJT Investment, LLC, in the purchase of a 14,800 sq. ft. retail property located at 6351-6353 Pacific Blvd in Huntington Park, CA from the Seller, Fine Discount, LLC. The value of the sales transaction was $1.8 Million.

ORANGE COUNTY OFFICE
