Gary Peters marked National Homeownership Month by discussing his bill, the Preserving American Homeownership Act, with local housing nonprofits and realtors at a press conference. Peters’ bipartisan legislation would provide a new way for underwater homeowners to avoid foreclosure through principal reduction
