Last month, more than 68,000 home builders, remodelers, developers and designers flocked to Orlando, Fla. to attend the 2017 International Builders’ Show® (IBS), the largest annual light construction trade show in the world. The show, hosted by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) returned to Orlando after a four-year run in Las Vegas.

New home sales fell 10.4 percent in December 2016 to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 536,000 units.
