Bright Realty Leases Anchor Space in Allen

Dallas, TX – March 29, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Bright Realty brokered a 2,700 square foot space for Palio’s Pizza Café in Allen. Palio’s will anchor Custer Square, a 10,700-plus square foot site to break ground April 2012 at the northeast quadrant of Custer and Hedgcoxe roads in Allen. The developer is CME Development of Richardson, Texas. Britton Lankford of Bright Realty represented the developer; Jim Hale of JGI Commercial represented the tenant.
