Los Angeles, CA – November 18, 2010 – (RealEstateRama) — CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. (CBRE) today announced that Mark Fewin has been promoted to Executive Managing Director and Global Leader of Project Management Services, effective January 1, 2011. Mr. Fewin succeeds Ken Loeber, who was named to Global Leader of Business Development for CBRE’s Global Corporate Services business line.
Mr. Fewin, a 24-year veteran of the Company, has a wide-ranging background in construction management and property development, and has held several senior leadership positions. Most recently, he has been CBRE’s market leader for the Dallas/Ft. Worth market, where he has directed more than 950 employees across the full spectrum of the Company’s business lines.

Mr. Fewin joined Trammell Crow Company in 1986 (CBRE acquired TCC in 2006) and has overseen more than 15 million sq ft of property development, including a national initiative focused on building properties for corporate customers. He also previously served as Market Leader for the Company’s operations in North Carolina and South Carolina. As Dallas/Ft. Worth Market Leader he has been actively engaged in serving such major locally-based corporate clients as Baylor Health Care System and Hewlett Packard.
Mr. Fewin is a 20-year Dallas resident and holds a B.S. degree in Construction Engineering Technology from Texas Tech University. He will continue to be based in the Company’s Downtown Dallas office. Mr. Fewin will assume his new duties on January 1, 2011 and CBRE expects to name a new leader for its Dallas/Ft. Worth area operations prior to that time.
