CHFA Announces 2014 QAP Overview Session

WASHINGTON, D.C. – September 8, 2014 – (RealEstateRama) — The Board of Directors of the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) adopted the 2014 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) and Procedures pending the Governor’s approval.

Please join CHFA for a discussion on the 2014 QAP and the LIHTC application process. Applications will be due November 3, 2014. Connecticut Department of Housing (DOH) will also be present to discuss its funding availability in support of this round.
