Since the start of his commercial real estate career in 1983, Rogers has worked for a number of national firms specializing in real estate appraisals and investment sales. Rogers will continue to focus on investment-grade sales, servicing sellers of multi- and single-tenant retail, office, and warehouse properties in Northeast Florida and its surrounding areas.

Rogers graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance. He is currently a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute (ULI), Turnaround Management Association (TMA), and Colliers Asset Recovery Team (CART), as well as, holds designations as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
