Fastest Growing Private Builder Award -Next 100, Fastest Growing Private Builder, Fastest Growing Public Builder and BUILDER Hall of Fame Award

GHO Homes, based in Vero Beach, Florida, enjoyed a remarkable comeback since the recession ended—rebounding from 26 closings in 2012 to 121 last year, an average yearly increase of 133%.

Fastest Growing Private Builder Award in the Builder 100 List:  Stylecraft Builders

College Station, Texas-based Stylecraft Builders revamped the way they do business—formalizing the construction process and opening up lines of communication with subcontractors and vendors.  All of this contributed to their rapid growth over the last several years.

Fastest Growing Public Builder Award in the Builder 100 List:  TRI Pointe Homes

TRI-Pointe Homes, based in Irvine, California, saw stellar levels of growth in the past year with an astonishing 575% growth in 2014 compared to the year before.  TRI-Pointe Homes has risen through the ranks of the BUILDER 100 moving from No. 82 last year to No.17 this year.

2015 BUILDER Hall of Fame Award:  Ron Foell, Standard Pacific

Honoring lifelong achievement in the homebuilding industry, the 2015 BUILDER Hall of Fame Award was presented to Ron Foell of Standard Pacific.  Foell and co-founder Art Svendsen founded the company on principles of integrity, values and the simple credo of doing it right the first time.  50 years later, as current chairman of Standard Pacific, Foell oversees an organization he says lives and breathes those same principles.
