FHFA Announces Increase in Guarantee Fees

Washington, DC - August 31, 2012 - (RealEstateRama) -- The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) today announced that it has directed Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to raise guarantee fees (g-fees) on singlefamily mortgages by an average of 10 basis points.
