WHAT: The National Low Income Housing Coalition will release Out of Reach 2013 at 2:00 PM (ET) on Monday, March 11, 2012.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – March 5, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — This annual research report is the source of the often-cited Housing Wage, or the hourly wage that an individual must earn to afford a modest market-rate rental home. Out of Reach highlights this data for every state, metropolitan area and county in the country, and provides additional data about housing affordability such as local wages and housing costs.

This year’s press call will explore how a severe shortage of housing affordable to extremely low income renters leads to homelessness.
