New York HEAP Advisory Council to Hold Open Online Meeting on November 5

The New York State Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) Block Grant Advisory Council will hold an open meeting online on Thursday, November 5, 2026, at 1 p.m. The meeting will use WebEx software.

The council is consulted in developing the HEAP State Plan and in coordinating energy-related programs. It is made up of representatives from state and local government, energy suppliers and low-income advocates.

The New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA) will provide a real-time webcast of the meeting on November 5, 2026, through Vimeo.
