Vancouver, WA – October 23, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — Clark County Treasurer Doug Lasher reminds residents that second-installment property taxes are due Monday, Nov. 2, 2015.

“If you have not received your 2015 second-installment tax statement or have lost it, you can visit our website at www.clark.wa.gov/treasurer or contact the Treasurer’s Office at (360) 397-2252 for a duplicate statement,” Lasher said.

The Treasurer’s Office is on the second floor of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin St., one block north of the Clark County Courthouse.

Property owners may pay their taxes online using a credit or debit card or from their checking or savings account. While card payments are assessed a 2.39% convenience fee, using the checking or savings account process incurs a $1 per transaction fee.

To make a payment, go to www.clark.wa.gov/treasurer/property or call 1-877-778-4606. Payment transactions must be completed by midnight, Nov. 2, 2015, to avoid interest charges.

If mailing a tax payment, address it to Clark County Treasurer, P.O. Box 9808, Vancouver, WA 98666-8808.

Tax payments must be postmarked no later than Monday, Nov. 2, 2015, to avoid interest charges.

Taxpayers are encouraged to use the return envelope and payment coupon included with their statement to mail payments.
