Official Terms of Service

The following Real Estate Rama Terms of Service (”TOS”) regulate the legal relationship between Real Estate Rama and all Members (”Members” and the term “a Member” or ‘the Member” shall be construed accordingly) of internet Service (”Service”) and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. By creating an account (as defined below) you become a Member (either on behalf of yourself as an individual or on behalf of an entity as its authorized representative) agree to all of the Terms of Service and become a Service Member. If you do not agree with all of the Terms of Service, click on the “do not accept” button and / or do not create an account. Scope of the term “Content” = “digital Content” = data, text, news, articles, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials.

Modifications to Terms of Service

Rea Estate Rama may amend the TOS from time to time in the future.
Rea Estate Rama reserves the right to update and change the TOS without notice or acceptance by the Member. You can monitor the most current version of the TOS at any time at : Related to major amendments in the TOS, Real Estate Rama will notify the Members by posting the amendments as a start-up screen prior to the following use of the Service. If you do not click the “I accept” button or do not create an account, you may terminate your use of the Service at that time. We suggest you regularly monitor the TOS.

Description of the Service (”Service”)

Real Estate Rama is providing the Members an internet Service on which they can create and manage a “Real Estate Journal” (web site with multimedia Content) with many publishing and community Services. Some of these Services will be free of charge, others may cost money or have other requirements depending on the level of Service the Member has chosen. Real Estate Rama may put any type of advertisement on Members’ Real Estate Journals without reference to the Member. The Service includes communications from Real Estate Rama such as administrative messages, service newsletter and the Member will not be able to opt out of receiving them. This Real Estate Service permits RSS aggregators to copy, distribute, and display any content on your Real Estate Journal that you syndicate. All content on your Real Estate Journal is syndicated for RSS, although you may change this setting in your dashboard.

Members may be informed of the opportunity to enter into agreements with third parties. Real Estate Rama is not liable in relation to, and takes no responsibility for, any contract entered into by Members with any third party.

Prerequisites of Use

They are some prerequisite to the use of the Real Estate Rama Service. The Real Estate Rama Service back office and Services may only be used by registered Members. You are a Member when you have clicked on the “do accept” button and so accepted the TOS, completed the registration form with complete and correct information and so created an account and been subsequently accepted by Real Estate Rama. If the information provided by a Member is suspected with reasonable ground by Real Estate Rama to be untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Real Estate Rama retains the right to close the Member’s account and block any new use of the Service by the Member. The Member email account must be always contactable and be acceptable to Real Estate Rama. Real Estate Rama will not answer any Member’s instruction unless they are sent from the registered account email. A Member must be 18 years old or over. Real Estate Rama retains the right to refuse a registration without giving reason. Members assert that they exit from their account at the end of each session. Members have to provide all equipment necessary to establish a connection to the World Wide Web, including a computer and modem or other access device, for own access to the World Wide Web and may pay fees associated with such access.

In general, Members may post content freely to your Real Estate Journal and to those of others hosted at, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy or otherwise injurious or objectionable. All content posted must be original and owned by you, or protected by fair use.

Members agree not to access the Service by any means other than through the Member’s Service interface.

Service Modifications

Real Estate Rama retains the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to the Member.

Privacy Policy

Each Member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account it shall receive after completing the registration form, and is fully responsible for all activities that occur under its password or account. The Member may change its password at any time on the Service. All information, text, images, graphics or multimedia files entered into by the Member is private to the Member except to the extent that it opts to share that information with other Members, people and / or the public.

Members warrant to Real Estate Rama that they have the rights to display the Content that is placed on Real Estate Journals and / or the Service . Real Estate Rama policy aims at respecting the Members privacy. Each Member can access to all of its personal information and can modify them.

Real Estate Rama will not disclose to any third party Member’s name or contact information without informing the Member. Real Estate Rama and its partners firms observe the data protection regulations.

Member Account, Password and Security

The Member of the Service, shall receive a validation via email, and an account. The Member entirely responsible if do not maintain the confidentiality password and account. Furthermore, the Member entirely responsible for any and all activities which occur under your account. The Member may change password at any time (to do so, go to the CP (Control Panel), may also set up a new account, but it is highly recommended that you utilize your original one.

Member agrees to immediately notify Real Estate Rama of any unauthorized use of Member’s account or any other breach of security known to Member.


We don’t like spam, not even the kind in a can. We define spam as posting content which provides little to no value for your visitors, with the sole purpose of increasing a another site’s link popularity or search engine rankings. Automated posting of regurgitated, link-filled gibberish is especially annoying. Rest assured if your Real Estate Journal is created for the sole purpose of spamming, it will be flagged and removed.

Copyright and Title

Member acknowledges that content, including but not limited to text, software, music, sound, photographs, video, graphics or other material contained in either sponsor advertisements or email-distributed, commercially produced information presented to Member by the Service (”Content”) by Real Estate Rama or Real Estate Rama Advertisers, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws; therefore, Member is only permitted to use this Content as expressly authorized by the Service or the Advertiser. Member may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this Content without expressly being authorized to do so by the Service or the Advertiser.

The Service is based on and powered by a free software. The Member acknowledges that the Real Estate Journal and the Service contain advertisements or information which may also be protected by copyright, trade mark registrations, patents or other proprietary rights and laws.

Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any of the postings or content of Real Estate Rama has been used in any way that constitutes copyright infringement, or if your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please notify Real Estate Rama immediately through Contact form.

Please provide the following information:

– Your identity, address, telephone number and e-mail address;
– The identity of the copyright owner;
– A description of the copyright violation;
– The URL or other detail that allows us to locate the infringing content on the Site;
– A signed statement declaring under penalty of perjury that
a) you are the owner of the copyright covering the infringing content or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner, and
b) that to the best of your knowledge the use of the copyrighted work has not been authorized by the copyright owner.

Real Estate Rama will follow the procedures in the Digital Millenium Copyright Act (DMCA) in removing the infringing posting.

Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days from the purchase date, we will fully refund the cost of your order.

Limited Warranty


Advertiser assumes all risk and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless for any and all suits, claims, liabilities of any kind and damages that arise from the advertisement and any additional marketing and promotions.

MEMBER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ANY MATERIAL AND/OR DATA DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS DONE AT MEMBER’S OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT MEMBER WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO MEMBER’S COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF SUCH MATERIAL AND/OR DATA. shall not be subject to any liability whatsoever for any failure to provide reference or access to all or any part of the advertising due to systems failure, technological failure of, or any other cause outside our control. will not be responsible for harm due to unauthorized use of your advertisements as presented on the service by third parties, including without limitation, unauthorized reproduction and tampering by network “hackers.”

Approval of advertising agreement will be made via an email confirmation to listed email address above.

Termination of contract

The legal relationship between Real Estate Rama and the Member shall terminate automatically if the Member fails to comply with the limitations described in the TOS. No notice shall be required from Real Estate Rama to effectuate such termination.

The Member will no longer access its Real Estate Journals and all the Member’s information and Contents contained therein may be deleted by Real Estate Rama. In case of the Member’s cancellation, the cancellation will take effect immediately. The Member will no longer access its Real Estate Journals and all Member information and Contents contained therein may be deleted by Real Estate Rama.


Real Estate Rama, RealEstateRama,, the Real Estate Rama logo and other version of Real Estate Rama graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are trademarks, certification marks, service marks, or other trade dress of Real Estate Rama or its subsidiaries. Real Estate Rama trademarks, certification marks, service marks, and trade dress have inherent meaning and substantial value because of their restricted use. They may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Real Estate Rama, in any manner without Real Estate Rama permission. Any use made of these marks may be infringement of rights.

If any of the TOS should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the term or terms in question shall be severed and deleted from the TOS and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
