The architect is Seidel Architects of San Francisco. The general contractor is Western National Builders of Irvine, Calif. The landscape architect is The Guzzardo Partnership of San Francisco. The interior design was provided by CDC Designs of Costa Mesa, Calif. Alliance Residential of Phoenix, Ariz. is the property manager.
