Jonathan Klear joins the Metro Commercial team with several years of brokerage experience. Drawing from landlord, tenant representation and investment sales practices, Klear has conducted transactions totaling over $15,000,000 in a few short years. Throughout this time, he has developed ties with a myriad of institutional, regional, and local owners of all asset classes, thus strengthening his ability to draw upon a large pool of resources. He was most recently at NAI Mertz.
Klear brings his sales experience to the Metro Commercial Investment Sales division alongside Paul and Kurt Rumley. He will continue to expand upon his already existing knowledge of the regional and local markets, enhancing and adding value to each transaction.
Klear is a graduate of Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. He is a resident of Philadelphia, PA.
