The expansion is due to the addition of Chris Arvizu and the Multi-Family Services Group as well as the dramatic growth of their NAI Capital Property Management Services operation.

Effective immediately, Chris Arvizu will become a Vice President of Multi-Family Services. He will focus on expanding the firm’s multi-family investment services in the greater Orange County marketplace with an emphasis on medium to larger multi-family assets. Arvizu has been active in the sale of multi-family investments for over 10 years. “We are excited to have Chris and his team join NAI Capital Orange County, he is considered a subject matter expert in investment sales and highly regarded by his peers” said Childs.
NAI Capital Property Management Services is taking a portion of the expansion space. They were founded last year by property management veteran Gail Robinson-Henry and already have 1.5 million square feet of commercial space under contract. “With the addition of Management Services to NAI Capital, we can offer special asset solutions that are seamlessly integrated within the company to ensure that our clients’ needs are met efficiently and expeditiously” notes Gail Robinson-Henry.
