RE/MAX Greater Atlanta Celebrates 25 Years Serving Metro Atlanta
Marietta, GA – November 10, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — November 2011 marks the 25th anniversary of RE/MAX Greater Atlanta serving Cobb County and metro Atlanta home buyers and sellers. To celebrate its silver anniversary,brokers/owners Ben Christopher and Denny Jones hosted a party on Thursday, November 3rd.
The event was held at the RE/MAX Greater Atlanta office at 2050 Roswell Road in East Cobb. Approximately 100 people attended the catered event, which included a running pictorial history of the metro Atlanta real estate office over the past 25 years, from company events and parties to annual award ceremonies.
The company has been at these same offices since the building was built in 1994. Along with the most recognized name and logo in real estate, the RE/MAX Greater Atlanta building is a familiar landmark in the area—a multi-story, Southern colonial with columns.RE/MAX Greater Atlanta is one of the longest continuously running RE/MAX affiliates in metro Atlanta.
Through the years, Christopher, Jones and the RE/MAX Greater Atlanta agents have seen good real estate markets and bad ones, double-digit interest rates and now today’s historically low interest rates that hover at or slightly below 4 percent. “We feel extremely fortunate and humbled to be such a longstanding and trusted real estate source for metro Atlanta families.”

The next competitors on the list were Keller Williams Realty at 14 percent, Coldwell Banker at 6 percent and Prudential Georgia Realty came in at just 5 percent.
In addition, RE/MAX International was just honored with two J.D. Power awards. According to the J.D. Power and Associates 2011 Home Buyer/Seller StudySM released in July, RE/MAX ranks highest in customer satisfaction for both home buyers and home sellers.
