NEW YORK, NY – October 5, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Cogswell Realty, LLC announced today that Ricky’s NYC has signed a two-month lease for 5,180 square feet of retail space for a seasonal pop-up store, Ricky’s Halloween, Inc., at 55 West 125th Street.
