Kim Guadagno told close to 400 industrial real estate professionals from all over North America at I.con: The Industrial Conference. Presented by NAIOP, the commercial real estate development association, in partnership with NAIOP New Jersey and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), the annual two-day event took place at the Hyatt Regency Jersey City.
