Torrance, CA – May 31, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has announced the sale of the first oceanfront and highest priced home to sell in La Jolla this year at $5.45 million, according to the San Diego Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Public records indicate that the four-bedroom, seven-and-a-half bathroom home located at 5204 Chelsea Street was purchased by Heath A. Carr, chief executive officer of Fibrwrap Construction, LP.
