Jones Lang LaSalle Expands Corporate Solutions Business with New Director of Occupancy Planning Executive


CHICAGO, IL – July 14, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Jones Lang LaSalle announced that Gregory Bonsignore has joined the firm as Director, Occupancy Planning in the firm’s Strategic Consulting group to support the firm’s long-term strategy to deliver high-performance solutions to clients within its Corporate Solutions business. In this role, Bonsignore will be responsible for driving innovation and product enhancement within the occupancy planning practice.

With nearly 25 years of related experience, Bonsignore joins Jones Lang LaSalle from architecture and engineering firm Einhorn Yaffee Prescott, where he participated in the management and implementation of the United Nations Capital Master Plan.

Bonsignore holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the New York Institute of Technology and is a licensed architect in New York and Connecticut. From 2002 to 2008, he served as a faculty member at New York University’s The Schack Institute of Real Estate. Bonsignore is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.

Bonsignore will report to Kenneth Rudy, International Director, Strategic Consulting and will be based out of the New York City office.
