New York Court Of Appeals Upholds Inwood Rezoning That Will Bring Thousands of Affordable Housing Units

Inwood, New York – RealEstateRama – Council Member Ydanis Rodriguez will be holding a press conference to discuss the recent New York Court of Appeals decision to reject a motion to appeal an appellate panel’s reinstatement of the Inwood rezoning. The decision comes after the Northern Manhattan is Not for Sale appealed an appellate panel’s reinstatement of the rezoning back in July. Today’s decision will allow the City to proceed with the City Council approved plan to rezone Inwood which will bring thousands of affordable housing units to the Northern Manhattan community.
