Rehabilitation of Greentree Apartments Benefits Tenants and Local Community
Augusta, ME - October 24, 2011 - (RealEstateRama) -- The Greentree Apartments complex is now officially open following a four million dollar facelift and more than two years of construction and renovations. Complex owners, Weston Associates hosted an official opening of the new and improved complex this morning where dignitaries and representatives from the Federal Government, State Legislature, MaineHousing and City of Augusta celebrated the positive impact the project had for tenants and the local community.
