Next week, a panel of nationally renowned land use, real estate development, design and urban planning experts convened by the Urban Land Institute (ULI) will visit Bellevue’s Wilburton Commercial Area to evaluate how to transform the neighborhood into a catalyst for economic development that benefits the city and the Puget Sound region. ULI is a multi-disciplinary research and education institute dedicated to responsible land use and the creation of thriving communities worldwide.
