Treasurer McCord, National Experts Call Home Energy Efficiency Loan Sale a Milestone for Attracting Private Capital, Creating Secondary Market


    Harrisburg – March 11, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — The Pennsylvania Treasury recently sold several thousand loans made through its nationally recognized Keystone Home Energy Loan Program, according to State Treasurer Rob McCord.
