In this case, Real Estate Strategies Corporation advised and represented Agfa Corporation in the negotiation of that company’s new U.S. headquarters. After completion of construction, Agfa is expected to relocate to approximately 36,000 square feet of first-class office space at River Drive Center 3, 611 River Drive, Elmwood Park, NJ. Agfa’s U.S. headquarters has been located at 100 Challenger Road, Ridgefield Park, New Jersey, for almost twenty-five years.

River Drive Center 3, located at 611 River Drive in Elmwood Park, NJ is an 85,000 square foot Class “A” office building developed by LKD, an affiliate of Langan Consulting, one of three office buildings at River Drive Center, totaling over 225,000 square feet. River Drive Center includes the headquarters of prominent New Jersey companies including Langan Engineering and Spencer Savings. River Drive Center is located across from 200 Riverfront Boulevard, a 74,000 square foot office building housing the headquarters of Sealed-Air and other prominent companies, and is the first of a multi-use real estate project, being developed by an affiliate of LKD. River Drive Center is strategically located in Passaic County in northern NJ and is situated between Interstate 80 and Route 46, with convenient access to Routes 20, 3, and the Garden State Parkway.
