Allen, O’Toole and Van Drew for introducing this bipartisan legislation to repeal the burdensome realty transfer fee and help jumpstart New Jersey’s economy. We look forward to working with the Governor’s office and New Jersey’s legislators to identify general fund revenues for the numerous programs currently funded by the realty transfer fee.”
