Residents of Hilltop Mobile Home Park organizing to preserve park

November 8, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Given a February deadline to vacate the park land, residents of the Hilltop Mobile Home Park in State College, PA are using a website to advocate for the preservation of the park and the rights of manufactured housing owners statewide.
