Rutgers Business School Wins National Building Design Award

The new Rutgers Business School in Piscataway, N.J., has earned national recognition in the 2016 Innovative Design in Engineering and Architecture with Structural Steel awards program (IDEAS2. In honor of this achievement, members of the project team will be presented with awards from the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) during a ceremony to take place at the building on Tuesday, November 22, at 4 p.m.

Sales of new single-family houses in September 2016 were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 593,000, according to estimates released jointly today by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the U.S. Census Bureau. The Inland Empire Utilities Agency (IEUA) and Advanced Microgrid Solutions (AMS) will host a dedication event for their landmark water-energy project on October 20 at 11:00 a.m. The project is the first-of-its-kind to integrate renewable resources and energy storage at a public water agency.
